Usage & Dosage

As a starting dose, take 3 capsules on an empty stomach with water. This recommended amount can also be taken with water throughout the day before a meal. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day. Children from 2 to 12 years 1 capsule per day. Golden Naturals Airways Support can be used for a long time. We recommend avoiding dairy products (as much as possible) when using this dietary supplement.
