After cleaning the tongue with a tongue scraper and brush your teeth in the morning, Ayurveda recommends to the mouth rinse with specially prepared oral care oil.

1 x per day is 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) Gandusan oil a few minutes in the oral cavity and moved by the teeth back and forth sucked. You can also gargle. After 5 min. is the oil spit out (not in the sink, oil can clog the drain!) and draw the mouth 2 min. rinse thoroughly (and possibly gargle) with warm water.

With clean, dry fingers when applying oil on teeth and gums. This Ayurvedic routine handles the throat and helps keep teeth and gums healthy.

Sesame oil, Irimed (Acacia leucophloea), Laung (Syzygium aromaticum), Manjishtha (Rubia cordifolia), Yashti-madhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa), Kapur (Cinnamomum camphora), Ela (Elettaria cardamomum), Khadirkasht (Acacia catechu) , Jaiphal (Myristica fragrans), Dalchini (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Nagkeshar (Mesua ferrea).
