Vitamin D3 drops

Vitamin D is indispensable for the maintenance of healthy bones and a strong bone system. Vitamin D is necessary for the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the digestive tract, which is important for bone formation. Vitamin D is also essential for many bodily functions. Vitamin D can be produced by the body itself under the influence of sunlight. 10 to 15 minutes in the sun 3 times a week is often sufficient. However, a vitamin D deficiency is more common than is commonly thought.

People who don't get out enough (especially the elderly) or people with a dark skin color often need some extra vitamin D3. This also applies to pregnant women and nursing mothers.

This vitamin D supplement is primarily intended for children from one to six years of age, pregnant women, nurses and seniors, but it can of course also be used by adults who do not belong to these groups.
