Peppermint Oil Dosage
On the skin: maximum 5% in adults – with topical use; 0.1% in people with hypersensitivity. Use 2 – 3 drops on a painful area. In the bath: up to 4 drops in a full bath – this gives a powerful cooling effect. As a flavoring: 1-2 drops in a jar of honey.
