Cranberry: a wonderfully powerful berry!
Golden Naturals Cranberry & D-Mannose is a combination of Cranberry Extract, D-Mannose, Vitamin C and various beneficial herbal extracts such as Bearberry, Nettle and Goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea). Vitamin C is a well-known antioxidant with a positive influence on the immune system. This product contains no less than 750 mg of cranberry extract per daily dose (3 tablets). The cranberry extract in these cranberry tablets is more concentrated than cranberry juice, for example. The good properties of this strong berry were already known to the Indians. In the Netherlands we find the cranberry mainly on Terschelling and Vlieland. It's a common ingredient in European cuisine, but over the past 20 years, cranberries have been increasingly used in health products. Bearberry has been known for its beneficial effects since the mid-18th century.
D-Mannose: what is it?
D-Mannose is a natural nutrient found in small amounts in various plants and fruits such as peaches, pineapples, oranges, apples, and berries like cranberries and blueberries. In addition, D-Mannose is found in small amounts in the human body as part of a chain of eight essential sugars. Essential means: Our body can only produce small amounts of sugar itself, but they are of elementary importance. D-Mannose in supplements can therefore be a good addition.

Application & dosage instructions
As a starting dose, take 1 tablet 3 times a day, preferably before a meal, with water. This recommended amount can also be taken in one sitting. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 tablet per day. Suitable for children over 3 years of age Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not suitable if you are planning to have children or are pregnant, but can be used while breastfeeding.
