Golden Naturals Multi Strong Gold Senior is focused on 'the senior' (60+) and serves as a supplement to the daily diet. Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Vitamin B12, Vitamin C and Calcium support energy levels. In addition, vitamin B12, vitamin C and vitamin D3 contribute to a good resistance. Vitamin B12 plays a role in the cell division process and vitamin C supports the maintenance of a strong vessel wall. Multi Strong Gold Senior also contains folic acid (folate) and vitamin A. Several other useful nutrients have also been added to this multi, namely lutein, zeaxanthin, calcium, coenzyme Q10 and the natural antioxidant pterostilbene. Multi Strong Gold Senior is free of copper and iron (no risk of stacking).
Bioactive substances for optimal absorption
All Golden Naturals multis are highly absorbable due to the bioactive ingredients. 'Bioactive' means that the body does not have to convert the substance first: the active substance can do its work immediately and thus has an optimal return. The ease of use has also been thought of, so that you only have to take your multivitamins at one time of the day. In addition, the multis contain vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P). This is the bioactive form of B6; the body can absorb it directly. As a result, the effectiveness is optimal and a low dose is sufficient.

Instructions
1 x daily 1 capsule with a meal with water. Suitable from 18 years. Reduced K2 level, so can be used with blood thinners. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. Suitable for children, pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. Consult an expert before use in case of illness or medication.
