Usage & dosage

Instructions

As a starting dose, take 2 tablets 1x daily in the morning after breakfast with water. This recommended amount may also be taken throughout the day. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 tablet per day. Children from 3 to 12 years 1 tablet per day. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. This dietary supplement can, as far as is known, be used in combination with medicines. Suitable for children, pregnancy and/or breastfeeding.
