Internal: Adults take 30 drops of water 1 to 3 times a day. Children from 3 years 1 to 3 times a day 15 drops with water. External: Dilute one part (= 30 drops) with 6 parts of chilled boiling water. This can be applied to the skin with a compress or swab with a clean cotton ball. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Not suitable for children, pregnancy and / or breastfeeding.
