Usage & dosage
Instructions
as a starting dose, take 3 capsules on an empty stomach with water. This recommended amount may also be taken with water throughout the day before a meal. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 to 3 capsules per day. Suitable for children from 1 year.
