Ashoka rishta works mainly on the digestive and reproductive organs (of the woman). Purifies the blood. Helps in contractions of the blood vessels (capillary vessels). It stimulates the egg-sticks. Increases the number of RBCs. Increases the secretion of digestive juices and bile. Works as a pain reliever in the ovaries. Reduces the excessive moisture in the cells. Ashoka is cooling and therefore good to use for hot flashes. Good result in Kapha and Pitta doshas.

2 times daily 15-30 ml mix with 50 ml warm water after meals
