Did you know that in addition to being a seasoning, garlic is also super healthy? Garlic is best known as a seasoning in the kitchen, but thanks to many other good properties, garlic has been used in herbal medicine for centuries. Garlic naturally contains many vitamins, minerals, amino acids and sulfur compounds. Black garlic is produced by fermenting fresh garlic. During the fermentation process, the garlic takes on a black color and a sweeter taste. Fermented garlic is high in antioxidants and important sulfur compounds such as S-Allyl cysteine.
What is S-Allyl Cysteine?
Fermenting ordinary garlic produces S-Allyl cysteine (SAC). An important sulfur compound, which among other things contributes to the anti-oxidative properties of black garlic. For example, black garlic supports blood pressure, is good for the heart and blood vessels and contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels in the blood. Golden Naturals Black Garlic Plus contains 0.25% S-Allyl cysteine per capsule. This is the bioactive form, which means that the body no longer has to convert it, so that the active substance is immediately available.
With added useful cofactors
The 'Plus' in the product name stands for a number of supporting nutrients that we have added to our capsules: grape seed extract (OPC) and vitamin C, mistletoe, hawthorn, vitamin E and magnesium bisglycinate. Grape seed extract (standardized at 40% OPC) and vitamin C are important for blood vessels. Vitamin C also supports the immune system

Use & Dosage
Instructions
as a starting dose, take 2 capsules once a day with water during a meal. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day. Children from 3 to 12 years 1 capsule per day. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. Not suitable when you want to have children and when you are pregnant, but when you are breastfeeding. Consult an expert before use in case of illness or medication.
