Ingredients

FISH oil (fish), bovine gelatin (capsule shell), gelling agent (glycerine), vitamin E, water.

Usage As a starting dose,

take 1 capsule 3 times a day with water. This recommended amount may also be taken in one sitting. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day. Children from 3 years to 12 years squeeze 1 capsule per day in fruit juice and drink immediately.
