Application & dosage

As a starting dose, take 1 capsule 3 times daily with a meal and water. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 2 capsules per day, not exceeding the recommended daily dose. Not suitable if you are planning to have children or are pregnant, but can be used while breastfeeding. If you are ill or taking medication, consult a professional before use.
