Ingredients:

Curcuma longa * 47%, Cinnamonum cassia * 15%, Zingiber officinale * 10%, Elettaria cardamomum * 7%, Carum carvi * 5%, Pimpinella anisum * 5%, Foeniculum vulgare * 5%, Syzygium aromaticum * 4%, Piper nigrum * 2%

Use:

Mix 1 teaspoon golden milk with 1 cup (vegetable) milk. Heat the whole for a few minutes in a pan. If necessary add a sweetener or a teaspoon of honey.
