Sahacharadi Taila is an Ayurvedic herbal oil prepared in a traditional way.

Massage with Sahacharadi Taila purifies the blood and has an overall cleansing and rejuvenating effect on the body.

Effect on doshas/dhatus: Balances Vata dosha. Has affinity with Majja, Rakta, Asthi and Mamsa dhatus. Sahacharadi Taila is an oil described in the Sahasrayogam. This classic text describes that the oil is particularly suitable for an imbalance of Vata dosha.

Sahacharadi Taila includes Dashmula: a formula of ten different herbs known for its nourishing and grounding effect on the nervous system. It is a general tonic to balance Vata. The oil also has a deacidifying effect and can therefore be used by athletes to prevent muscle acidification. The oil has a warming effect and is therefore not suitable for use for Pitta dosha.

Application (body): The oil can be used for body massage or can be applied topically. Not suitable for the head.

Directions for use: Shake bottle well before use. Heat the oil to 40° in an oil can or au-bain-marie.
